pixel39There is sun! And warmth! I am rested and only slightly sniffly. And I have a shadow. With fur. And stripes.
I went to bed last night at around 6. P.M. Yes, you read that right. And I woke up at 10. With a shadow. And had a snack, and some kitty time, and went right back to bed. And woke up at 4. With a shadow. And went back to sleep. Got out of bed at 11, with a shadow, showered, dressed, threw the rugs in the washer and read LJ. With a shadow, by now a very whiny shadow.
I am sad that I missed K in a little black toga, or indeed in black and lacy doom, but I fear that I would have been too far out of it to appreciate it properly.
Today and tomorrow, a hanful of errands, homework, soapstone carving. Crafty things. Maybe running mail down to Findlay House. Maybe prep and painting. We shall see.
I am thinking that purple and dark blue stripes will be better than just dark purple stripes on white. Again, we shall see.
