It's raining snowing today, and I hurt. And we're going out to dinner tonight because Mikey will be en-route to places Dakota-ish tomorrow. I'm currently considering the merits of having just cheesecake for dinner.
The reactions to Mikey last night (the ones that I saw, anyway) were amusing, especially the reactions of the people that had to have him pointed out to them. I'd like to know why so many people think I could have stopped him, though. Was I supposed to?
I considered buying cotton yarn to knit a shell, and then I remembered that I am trying not to buy any more fabric, yarn, roving, fleece, etc., until I have used up some of what I already have. Unfortunately I don't have any cotton yarn that I could use for spring wear--all my yarn is wool, except for the skein of acrylic that is getting donated to something. Or maybe I'll knit it into hats and donate those. Anyway. I've been good--I've stayed away from yarn shops so far.
