Cakeness!

You can sort of see the design theme here. What I was going for was snowflakes seen through windows. It looked really cool.

My only major anything with the cake at all is that there's no way to make white chocolate really white (although it's rather whiter than in the photograph--the light in that room was *really* yellow) unless you add lots of whitener, usually titanium dioxide, to it. And my response to that is "Blech". After I've said "Ew."

I'm having leftover creative baking urges. ;-)
