Sep. 6th, 2006 10:13 amWell, the thing, whatever it is, does not work with the plums in the middle (pour some batter in pan, arrange plums, pour rest of batter over plums). We shall see how it does with the other two pans, which have the plums arranged on top.
OTOH, it is tasty. It may or may not be slightly not cooked through. It's hard to tell, though, because of the placement of the plums, if it's a case of underdone gooey-ness or plum outjuicing gooey-ness.
[Note to self: let yeast do its thing a little while longer next time before pouring batter into pans.]
