My mom used to run it through the Cuisinart as soon as the jar was opened -- it didn't re-separate.

Which would be a wonderful option if A) I owned a food processor in the first place, B) I hadn't dumped half of the aforementioned oil into my lap during the jar-opening process, and C) was at home instead of work. ;-)
