My co-worker has barricaded himself in his cube with a spare piece of wall. Says he doesn't want to deal with anybody today.

UPDATE: I stand corrected. Apparently the modifications happened after he left to go catch the bus last night, rather than being voluntary on his part. He has taken the rest of the doughnuts and bagels hostage until such time as the perpetrator returns things to their original state.

I really, really miss having even a semi-private office. I'm hoping that there'll be a new round of build-outs at my current employer to free up office space. I'd be next in line...

If I understand things correctly, I will soon have an office for the first time in my life. Whatever will I DO with one? Keeping my eye out for planty bits and maybe a desktop fountain. Must find decent PICTURES.

I think I'll even have a door. Such luxury.

Goodness I hope so, given that so far they are the *only* things displayed on my office walls and I'd hate for people to think I'm being pretentious!

Must find good wall-hanging art.
