So today they've started working on the parking lot here at work--they're tearing it completely out and then putting in a new one. And of course, all the boys are out watching the construction equipment. I'd hazard a guess that there isn't going to be much work getting done this week.

Yeah, well, when they pull out the gonculators (generic term a friend coined when he couldn't name a piece of cosntruction equipment for his toddler, which now means "general random large construction-like equipment), all the boys of ALL ages get sucked in by the roar.

When they tore down the bank across the street (to make way for a shiny new CVS/pharmacy), not only did half my co-workers take significant time out of their day to watch the demolition, they had one of our cameras set up recording it. I think Cliff's using the vid from it as test footage for the DSP card :-)
