Wet and cold, day 4.

Ick.
And it makes it hard to do necessary outdoors stuff like pulling all the dead garden plants, stacking the planters, shrink-wrapping the windows. That sort of thing.
At least people seem to have adjusted to driving in the wet--traffic wasn't nearly as sucky this morning as it has been.
Reversed my mouse again to take some stress off my right forearm and wrist.
No ideas on costumes for this weekend. None whatsoever.
I did find the two-needle sock pattern where you knit it flat and then sew it up along the sides. Cat, I think you could alter this one for that clog sock pattern you were making noises about a while back. If you were to knit the first section and the last bit of the heel in heavier yarn, then switch to a worsted weight for the foot, you'd get a sock that was heavier where the clog isn't.
Work on the sweater project has started, although I haven't quite gotten through the cuff on the first sleeve. At the rate I'm going it will be done for summer. :-) Work on The Project continues, although I have to take a moment and try on the hose so I can pin the foot bits properly for sewing and adjust the back seam shaping and such.

Hide a squirt bottle somewhere about your person. When people ask what you are, tell 'em you're "partly cloudy with a chance of showers." Fire at will.
